I honestly do not have the words to thank you for what yo have done for my family. We were really grateful that Landen was able to go this year. Landen was ’ only’ going to satisfy service hours and because his brother and sister went. Missing a week of football practice to Landen is cruel. Well….. to say my child came home singing a different tune would be an understatement. Same as his siblings he said it changed his life. I asked if he would return and his answer was no one can keep me from being there. He enjoyed the work, prayer and fellowship. He is not a person who opens up easily. Chair prayer was one of his favorite experiences ever. Landen said, ‘Mom there is no way to explain the week”

Collins had an amazing experience and has already said he cannot wait until next year. Typically when he returns from a trip without us, camp, etc, he is worn out and we anticipate that he will not want to talk about it for a few days, after he decompresses. Well, he could not stop talking about the experience last night from the time we met him at Mass until the time we went to bed. He was very nervous about going, not knowing anyone, but I am so glad we gave him that extra push. Thank you for all you and the other adults do to coordinate this and make it such a wonderful experience and blessing for all. God Bless you!



This was my 6th year of going and serving in Whitesville, West Virginia. Every year I come back home with my heart so full and a countdown to next year. So thankful for the people on this trip and the people of Whitesville that teach me more about God and myself every year!
